APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment is due to start so that a consultation and client report form can be completed prior to your treatments. All treatment times include time to change for the treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please allow plenty of time to be able to enjoy your experience fully. If you are running late, please call ahead. We will do our best to honour your treatment time or reschedule but this may not always be the case.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes things come up and you can no longer make your appointment. If you need to make a cancellation, we request that you give an minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment time can be given to someone else. Cancellation Charges – over 7 days Free Cancellation. 7 days - 24 hours you can move your appointment for free (subject to availability) or 50% charge for cancellation. Less than 24 hours 100% charge for cancellation.
